Highlanders Board of Directors
Highlanders Youth Rugby is a 501c3 registered non-profit and is governed by a 5 person Board of Directors. Board members and their roles are:
Chairman : Chuck Paterno
Vice-Chair : Thomas Kepler
Secretary : David O'Reilly
Finance : Susan Frost
Parent Representative : Dawn Blanchard
Robert Joseph is President of Highlanders Youth Rugby and is responsible for the day to day operations of the club. Robert sits on the board as a non-voting member.
